At Landmark College, we elevate our RUSH Principles of Respect, Understanding, Safety, and Honesty. While Landmark College reserves the right to deny admission to applicants because of past misconduct, we also embrace a culture where students learn from mistakes, and we strive to balance restorative practices with the needs of our community for a safe environment conducive to learning. Please know that simply having a disciplinary or criminal violation does not necessarily disqualify a student for admission. Landmark College and our partners at Cumberland Academy of Georgia will involve a range of college representatives in reviewing serious disciplinary and criminal violations, such as the Title IX Coordinator, or designee. The most serious violations of our RUSH Principles include such categories as sexual harassment/assault, other person-on-person violence, hate crimes, and repeat academic integrity offences.

Applicants who fail to give complete and accurate responses to the conduct section of the admission application may be subject to denial of admission, disciplinary action, invalidation of credits or degrees earned and rescission of admission upon discovery of the misstatement or omission.

I understand that participation in the Landmark College at Cumberland Academy program involves admissibility determinations by both Landmark College at Cumberland Academy of Georgia. I grant permission to both institutions to share official copies of academic records with each other and evaluate my candidacy collaboratively.
I certify that all of the information submitted in the application is my own work, factually true, and honestly presented. I authorize all schools attended to release all requested records and authorize review of my application. I understand that I may be subject to a range of possible disciplinary actions, including admission revocation or expulsion, should the information I certified be false.
I understand that an offer of admission is conditional, pending receipt of final transcripts showing work comparable in quality to that upon which the offer was based.
I authorize every school that I have attended to release all requested records and recommendations to Landmark College and Cumberland Academy of Georgia. I also authorize employees at both institutions to confidentially contact my current and former schools should they have questions about the information submitted on my behalf.
